HighPeaks: This was an action that had to be taken overnight to secure control, the increase share issue is restricted to management to maintain control, when the noteholders are fully completed and conversions finished the number of authorized will be reduced again to where management has sufficient to maintain control (by way of restricted shares). FYI as of this morning prior to the increase the I/O is 167,845,976 the new 500M is to management for the reasons stated.
