Mostly because they have yet to deliver on anything. Q3 was bad and the taxis delivered weren’t their own doing, plus there was confusion on how the revenue was reported. Q4 has been backed down on deliveries, and as of yet, no news if those happened. Van kicked you basically q2. All the news as of late has been good, but no numbers tied to anything. Lots of big plans and promise, but that has been the case for years. Hopefully some tangible info before the end of the year.
