ARYC can only follow the form 15 under strict guidelines. Based on this years tweets and billings there is no way ARYC can use the form 15 for 2020. ARCY will not meet the form 15 guidelines entering 2020 and therefore will be required per SEC to produce financials within 60 days. Read the form 15 guidelines. Everyone knows this and that's why they're accumulating cheap shares. 2021 date is only if they adhered to form 15 guidelines. They only have 2 months to produce financials after 2019.
