That’s nonsense! I am the registered agent for five companies and I DO NOT WORK AT ANY SECRETARY OF STATE’S OFFICE. Nobody wires me money to cover fees, ever.

Second, the money was probably wired to whoever is representing the company as their Registered Agent at the DE SOS
