Guys this is huge and very telling at how Ricks thought process went for these acquisitions. Per the most recent news WiMundo had been working on the hardware portion of the Panic button tech but were struggling on the software/network aspect of making these Panic buttons communicate to a head end controller. WiMundo needed FiberSky tech and FiberSky tech needed WiMundo hardware tech. BOOM a family was born.
