The length of time that elapsed was definitely consistent with a very complex restructuring...Normally a voluntary bankruptcy is complete within maybe 90 days..or so...The only Support I clearly recognized by PWC towards stakeholders was “ in the best interests of ALL stakeholders “ and “ no hardships “ were going to occur in carrying forward with the complex restructure parameter...in the courts of law which was under strict oath...Either than that..I sensed a purposeful lack of communication with stakeholder ( shareholders )...in summary the extreme DD of CSCS, BC, IRON EAGLE, and the many other contributors has bebunked the shares got cancelled theory...Make the noise !...yeah...The squeaky wheel...gets the grease !
