I hope everyone is smart enough to read between the lines here.

They are bidding against Arch Coal, who has a very similar balance sheet to ours, but is valued over $1 billion to our $7 mil market cap. We beat their bid by $2.72 per ton, because we can, we are the lowest cost producer in the US!!! No company that is going bankrupt would be bidding for 5 year deals with government entities. That is the silver lining, that is the 100% confirmation to me.
