The correct answer on the Vinmar contract expiration is December 31st unless the royalty is paid just as PWC made sure it was in 2019!

When an answer is always provided as the worst case scenario beware.

Wonder why the other answer provided just gave a hard fast date of December 31st. That shows motive to not let the truth out.
