Rogue- great question with $IGEX-please read

When you asked me;

ARE you suggesting that it was through Jason Black’s connections via $CNNA- that the orchestrated the Sinister CBD deal here with Sinister Labs? I noticed that $CNNA- involves the Soil King- Patrick King- who owns one of the largest CBD and legal weed processing centers/Labs in Northern California. Is it safe to assume that there is a direct correlation ?
Because if so- that would bring so much more credence to $IGEX as it would not only be a Company with annual NET revenues in the millions, but also- now producing additional proprietary product lines via already established mega industry producers. Wow. This is strong DD - Dempsey.

NOW YOU ARE REALLY DIGGING INTO THE DD and starting to really get the key aspects here as to why this stock pps is severely undervalued IMO. The answer to your question is YES.

IMO- Jason Black- as CEO OF $CNNA utilized his connections as an owner in the CBD/legal MJ industry and orchestrated Sinister CBD to come in along with Sinister Labs. It wouldn’t surprise me if we find out their is major synergy with the company mentioned in the press release/ for $IGEX- Veridian Resources - and With Black/King of $CNNA.

I imagine I will be able to find some vital filings with a bit more research to prove the aforementioned too. From what I gather - Veridian Resources is an established private Corp for quite some time and based on it’s website- certainly fits well here as the negotiator and orchestration on the huge functional foods and CBD merger deal.
