I believe the main reason is the price and at the time they have decided
not to deliver a conditional listing. NASDAQ did more harm that the HB report because they demanded a quiet period! NASDAQ really screwed the company because it allow the variety of shorts to attack and they did as well as cause weak holder to sell.
NASDAQ reviewed and investigated the HB report or had PRED tier 1 law firm file an opinion ( i think).
NASDAQ listing killed this stock until a catalyst surfaces that enhances the share price!
Sure you can blame management for limited PR, but again their law firm calls the punches ! This management team is building a company! Will they be successful only time will tell. If they do we fly if we don't we sell the assets. This cmpy is worth something dead ( patents and stems cells, test kits and other projects)
Again either hang on or bite the bullet and buy CD's
