Whatever the news is, it doesn't matter. Heavy dilution will sweep any potential move IMO, and actually the day of the news will most probably end in the red. They need news to sell shares as I would imagine. 15 billion shares are a lot to chew through. They will exhaust any amount of selling, however big it will be IMO.
