They cant even pay a 100K Toxic note listed in the 10 Q not to mention they defaulted on a prior CFO loan for 2 years this company is 10 Million in the tank according to the 10 K!They increased shares to 5 Billion. Then sneak a 8 K Last Friday night showing they are giving 5 millon shares to pay a $2900 interest payments like candy READ IT ANOTHER JOKE No wonder they increased shares to 5 Billion

They claim to be a MFG I don't see any MFG expenses on the 10-Q No engineering or development expenses on the 10-Q .

They have one Pedicle Screw company that did 36 K in revenue last quarter. In the PR they said 2 million. If the screw company is all in with OZOP their Web Site is
