Q4 will show the first major Classidocs PofC's transitioning into actual revenue with a $1 million minimum revenue stream. Jason gets shares based off that million dollar mark, which means, he knows with out a doubt, by that time well over a million will be reported. Why would he pick a million in revenue in order to recieve his shares if it could possible be a 'close call' in reporting that amount and risk losing those shares?
I forget who the clown is who says no cyber security entity knows of Jason's products or Jason himself. Last time I checked, data443's logo is right next to little ID (I mean BigID's) logo under cyberark' partners. Do we have to list the partnerships and the CEO's and managers of these entities comments in regards to just short of all out praise of classidoc's capibilities? Or how a product like Classidocs is what their costomers deserve...the best.
The goons that claim Jason is running massive amounts of debt need to look no further than the amount BigID (I mean little ID) has raised...$100 million plus. Jason has created a far greater business infrastructure than BigID currently has and he has done it at a fraction of the cost. BigID is rockin, but they don't hold a candle to the international and domestic reach that Jason has had in place for years now.
Jason picked the avenue of a shell, raised capiol the way he had to without giving away board seats, large percentages of the company or heavy handed external influences as a result from large capitol group investments. If you are here having decidied to invest in a cyber security start-up which has taken this unique approach in creating a business and you are impatient because of the PPS or the constant challenges that come with this approach while the system IS being created and you can't understand or comprehend the foot print that Data443 already has in multiple sectors, than I seriously question your judgement.
