I will post the full discovery later today but I tried to allude to it all last night and the days prior about a clear connection to Sinister CBD deals - and it’s now obvious via filings. Leonard Armenta- who is from MusclePharm days and an extremely successful executive in this exact industry likely brought on via Scott and Jay Black to form this division that makes this merger far more valuable. The addition of CBD- as Sinister CBD- is a major game changer and hence why I’m here in full effect.

To those that are just realizing now at the complete overreaction of the market yesterday - take your time through the DD as we may very well break into new HOY Over the next week as more get revealed with the connections between SINISTER with Scott James, SINISTER CBD with Armenta and Jason Black as CEO of $CNNA with Patrick King ;)

Will provide the links later and all the Facebook and LinkedIn connections. But it should be fairly obvious that Armenta comments on Sinister Facebook and that he is friends with Scott James. Jason Black appears to have orchestrated this merger deal by making it even stronger with CBD- using his connections via the conglomerate opening up at $CNNA.
