He has never been a CEO before

All CEOs at some point were never CEOs before.

I think that Nader has made numerous strategic decisions along the way that put us where we are today.

I would say his three main mistakes were in trusting in others to get things done. Believing the science would move the share price up making financing easier. Announcing things before they were on solid footing

In the meantime, BP is eating our lunch introducing new drugs every day that don't compare to ours.

And those drugs will fade into history when we take their market share.

It will take a seasoned executive with industry juice and connections to navigate this through the choppy waters.

The only thing it will take is money and FDA approval. I've already outlined worst case/best case scenario for funding.

Nader seems to have built a reputation as a hot-head who can't be trusted and doesn't know how to say "yes" to any deal.

He has been portrayed on this board by people who don't know him as having a temper. Do you consider that as a trustworthy source?

That he hasn't accepted any prior deals is a good thing. Flipping stocks for pennies has never appealed to me. With the current deal I'll wait until I hear what his justification is.

I, like others, got in the game for HIV which is the most promising and furthest along right now. Had we focused on just that, we could be approved and earning revenue right now

How would focusing on that have changed the way the FDA has handled things?

Nobody is going to give the type of money some people are talking about. It would be cheaper for them to starve CYDY into submission and spend money on R&D to create their own drugs.

How would they accomplish that.? We can get financing, it might not be pretty but it will get us through.
