TF, too early for me to jump in yet. While it sure does appear that GSCG intends to screw over LAHO and current MSSV shareholders (dilute to hell again), their 'real' intent alludes me.

Still on the fence really. Will need to see 'further clarification' next week to be sure (I will make a decision one way or the other regardless)..

Is your attempt going here to convince GSCG (with a power pact) to 'not go there' and truly honor LAHO interests or take them on legally?
