Update -
I do not want to give anyone any false hope. We are one step away from being gone for good. I am sure everyone know this but I do try to keep in the loop with Dan and follow up and post whatever I find out.
I managed to catch up with Dan and while we are running out of time and options the potential deal with India/Australian group is technically not over yet. Whether or not it happens who knows. Looks like we will know one way or the other by mid January , only due to holidays coming up etc.
Australian person Dan knows has been to India plant is all for it. Indian connection sold assets to fund an entity which is a complicated deal which even I do not understand but apparently which then makes investments of which we would be one (about 10% of fund).
The people seem decent and want to move forward, but honestly anything at this point is a longshot.
There was one other thing I need to check on which was a business plan submission through a contact I had that was approved pending funding but forgot to ask Dan or contact the person I know about it.
No one can trade our stock now that has been de-listed and honestly as others have stated we never got off the ground and are for all practical purposes dead for good. So I really want to emphasize I am just passing along whatever I can find out but do not cling to false hopes.
Ill post back when I Can find out more or if I check this second thing that I forgot about.
I hope everyone has a great holiday season and that other things you have have worked out better. Still waiting for my handbag co turned pot company to open up but its moving forward and should open in a month or two for trading on a higher exchange after 1 for 5 reverse.
