SMSI......potential settlement in T-mobile vs state AG's?!?

Charlie Gasparino of Fox News seems to be the one getting insider updates. He's had a couple tweets this week mentioning a settlement. The latest was today. If a settlement happened it might give SMSI traders a reason to bump it up.
