Not really.

It’s like joining the elementary school football team. Just about everyone gets accepted.

They can always decide later if you become a player or just sit on the bench all year.

TMUS has hundreds and hundreds of partners. Many of them probably never do one dollar of business with them.

It all sounds very official, but means almost nothing.
