The answer can be found with the spectacular news the DR. provided on the weekend stating that Israel, where the patch will be manufactured and then distributed from, has finally lifted the export ban so they can now start to do their thing!!! Why produce them if you can't ship them because the government will not let you export them? Now that Israel has lifted the ban, that just may explain why someone has accumulated over 1.75 million shares in the last 7 trading days!
