Since the beginning of the company in 2017:

This has been more than 3 hours of recapitulation of all financial filings along with a Triple Check of the facts. I have recapitulated the current share structure reported by the T/A today to within 2,400 shares so I will just toss that up as someone making a notation error somewhere. I will try to bullet point this so it is as short as I can make it and we are going back to the very first day of March 10, 2017.

3/10/2017 26,905,969 shares to start the company
3/22/2017 100,000 were issued for consulting fees
3/31/2017 2,000,000 were issued to Wayne Anderson for services rendered
9/15/2017 375,000 were issued to a Third party as a note payment
9/19/2018 1,465,523 shares were issued to EMET who immediately sold them
10/26/2018 1,037,477 shares were issued to EMET who immediately sold them
1/4/2019 769,785 shares were issued to EMET who immediately sold them
1/4/2019 695,129 shares were issued to EMET who immediately sold them
4/16/2019 1,384,000 shares were issued to EMET but this time they kept them per the Pre 14C filed
5/29/19 542,000 shares were issued to 2 consulting firms for services rendered. I suspect they sold them immediately.
8/15/2019 175,000 shares were issued to a consulting firm for services rendered. I suspect they sold them immediately.
11/6/2019 1,748,383 shares were issued to EMET and now see the footnote

Currently all these shares issued adds up to 37,198,246 shares.
The reported issued per the T/A today is 37,195,846 shares.
The difference is EXACTLY 2,400 shares so somewhere a few reported numbers by the company or the T/A may be wrong but it is only 2,400 shares.
