What do you mean with "it's about accumulating"??? All shares in the O/S have been accumulated by someone have they not? Why do you want people to buy shares held by others? Does it matter who owns them? The only possible reason is to push the pps up another "tick" that you say you don't even pay attention to..lol.

BLDV is where it is because of management. It may go higher one day if they ever stop dinking around. As it is they lost their PINK Current status due to their refusal to file their required Q3 disclosure on time... again.

And here people thought it was supposed to be different this time.
