With known OS in last report it has been easy and relatively inexpensive to accumulate shares.

Just think of how few people it takes to flip 100 million shares in a day.

20 people flipping 5M each hits the 100M mark!

10 people selling 5M and rebuying 5M each is 100M volume.

1M for one tic is $100, 5M $500, 10M $1k daily.

Enough incentive for people to flip millions daily to make profit and others to gain back some of their loss?
