This thing has gone a loooong time without news, and per the CEO that was intentionally done to keep the diluters' profits at a minimum. That doesn't mean the company wasn't growing!!!
With this news, the CEO is saying (imo, without directly saying it), "The dilution is over (or pretty dang close)," With the reinstatement and up to date filings, there's going to be a lot of news within a short period of time, and you're right, within a quarter this could very well be looking at .03 or better by far!
