No. You can't. The ask is still at .0002.

What's more; though, is that the issuer cannot release any new shares to market with there being no bid/small bid.

It has been an entire year (365 days) since I bought my first share here. Even though 2019 was a dud for SNVP, I'm expecting 2020 to be quite interesting.
