This is not accurate. Wires do not require the recipient to wait any time, this is the luxury of wire transfers and why there is generally a $25-60 fee both ways. It’s clear to me you are confusing wires with ACH TRANSFERS which are generally free both ways, hit about as quickly as a wire, but take 3 days to settle generally. With ADSV, a WIRE TRANSFER was sent, which clears right away.
