The PTAB are all lawyers hired by the Obama Administration as "at will" employees not duly elected or nominated judges. They answer to the Director and as such opens them to politicizing. That's why they are unconstitutional. Who would go to the SC? PTAB? I doubt it. I think the decision is already made. JMHO
