Well said, this is not about an extra marital affair. Have people been living under a rock? This is 2019, do we still have to spell out why what Dr. Baruch did was wrong? Most companies, if they cared at all about their public image, would have immediately put him under quarantine, even with full pay, at least until a full investigation was completed.
