He wants to reverse split the stock before he seats the board..

Which he has had the option to do for months and continues to not do.

..otherwise the board would need to have a meeting to approve the reverse split (and they might disagree with him).

Or they might not. Would also think Nasdaq might raise their collective eyebrows regarding corporate governance if KT has announced multiple board elections and then decides not to involve them in the decision making process. Not to mention how these board member-elects would likely view the company taking such an action without including them in the process. Seems like a fairly uncomfortable start to the board relationship if that were to be the case. How many would stick around in that scenario? No, they don't need the paycheck. Doubt they would appreciate KT going that route.
