It is pretty obvious from the court filing there were assets not included in the visolis transaction. . But all asset are accounted for in an exceptional liquidation. Besides spinning in fantasyland what was the point .
Did you read the monitors certificate that was signed forthwith the day the visolis transactionS closed and pwc was PAID IN FULL? Obviously not since you have never seen it and claim it is not there for all to see.
