Funny how it shows 400 on the volume and jumped up 107%, but Level II shows 999999 on the bid from NITE. Level II Also shows buys of 15300 from CDEL, 5000 from GTSM and 15000 from CTSI.

Hmmm, definitely seems to be something wacky going on here...

Researching my face off to find the best penny stocks with the greatest potential.
