On the other hand, it only takes 4 justices to say "yes" to accept and the left leaning members may not be in favor of recent developments scourging Treasury and favoring private, independent F&F and shareholders. Left leaning want to maintain "control" of F&F like gasbag eluded to in his recent Fox interview. What's your view on that?

I think there are two reasons to think the odds are against SCOTUS involvement

1. The decision being appealed is from a full circuit court ENBANC bench and not just a panel

2. The normal odds-- most petitions by far are not granted
