Not 80%. You cannot count 40% for worthless NGIO paper. NGIO does not exist as a separate entity. The market appears to value NGIO at $0, and rightfully so. If ever NGIO becomes it's own public company, it sounds like that is a long-time away. But, that's if you believe management, which has failed time and time and time again. How can one believe the company when they just screwed over shareholders again?
