My understanding, are of 2 distinctly different and largely unrelated events that are mentioned with this release.

1. 'Targeting mid-year 2020 to commence clinical trials of Brilacidin for UP/UPS indication'
...This is the AS indication. I believe the control of the timing of this is out of IPIX' hands?

2. 'Regulatory documents submitted to health authorities for planned Ulcerative Colitis study.'
...This is the BDD re-form concern to which I thought they'd alluded to beginning a trial in Dec?
(my understanding of BDD is: the have the capability of testing delivery in-house)

My understanding of the situation is the UC indication has substantially more economics driving it on the other side of a successful and proven delivery, on-target. This is the critical one IMO, which makes all this nonsense worthwhile, if successful.

I think 2 additional things:

1. I believe it likely, there are interested parties on the other side of a demonstrated on-target delivery.

2. Those parties are likely even more interested to learn of demonstrated efficacy if target delivery is achieved.
