40% of 0 is 0. NGIO is not worth squat as it stands. Only hopes and wishes GNBT will deliver on this promise. Anyone really believe that? Twice the divi cancelled, then divi changed by -60%. Nasdaq listing on hold, if ever. Clearly, they are a long way from bringing NGIO public.
No, we have at best 40% divi on a company that has yet to deliver on anything of value.
