The certificate is the end of the ccaa . No link can be provided for any sealed documents. The word forthwith appears in no court filing . And no mention of any transaction involving the shares of the debt ridden shell can be provided. The Delaware court with jurisdiction over the debt ridden shell is closed with no plan submitted to save it .
Exceptional means not the typical LIQUIDATION as it involved 3 corporations in 2 countries.
What does liquidation mean to you ? Without talking in circles .
