Will close the ccaa . The Delaware debt ridden shell bankruptcy is closed. Leaving shares in that company worthless . 363 fantasy to save face is all talk with nothing to back it up . Hard to have a 363 bankruptcy sale involving the shares when the bankruptcy is closed and company liquidated.
