Unfortunately they will not make this good, they will try to reword it again.

Only 2 options to make this right are:

1. Retract the LOI transfer to $MSSV back to $laho &get us current as promised.

or

2. Convert $laho common into $mssv commons (even if its 80%)

BUT THESE 1000 PREFERRED SHARES IS GARBAGE AND ONLY CONTROLLED BY MANAGEMENT.
THAT'S NOT AN OPTION.

We invested into Lans Holding for the LOI with Global Stem Cells Group.

Now that the LOI is gone, I have NO INTEREST IN LANS HOLDING & I'm sure 99% of the other investors holding common shares feel that same way.
