363 is the U.S. bankruptcy code . The U.S. bankruptcy is closed with no fantasyland 363 plan involving the shares of the U.S. debt ridden company. Nothing that happens in Canada will change that . The monitors certificate will close the ccaa . It means nothing for the holders of delisted untradeable stock in an exceptionally liquidated U.S. company .
