Futility Statement due in 4th quarter of 2019...

Is anyone else concerned that the futility statement is due out this month and the stock price is tanking? Are the insiders selling because they know the futility statement will be bad? It doesn't appear that way due to the volume, it could be declining because people are waiting to see if they will buy until the futility statement comes out? Thoughts?

The majority of the potential behind this stock is in relation to the keytruda birinapant study, granted there are a total of 3 trials currently with birinapant including the promising Stanford trial, however we all know that the real money, billions is tied to the immune therapy trial with keytruda, that would almost double the current market size of keytruda and in time it would surpass the lung cancer sales for the drug as colon cancer is quickly approaching lung cancer in terms of dx's.

Thoughts?

Is the declining stock price an intentional move? I noticed the volume being sold is negligible or is it panic?

I guess we will see in less then 3 weeks.
