Mr. No Bagger.. yes , that is why said not sure .. but two years is a ways out .. lets see how the Marriott goes with the EDGE project .. that was all about BRANDING and for sure there is one thing we DO KNOW

a. The EDGE St. Pete project was DEVM and then branded Marriott as it went on .

b. The Vantage Ft. Myers .. yet to be determined ,but as stated a SEC filing out on that

c. There is a reason (see the financial 6.16 disclosure) where the flow charts show BOUSTEAD holding 100 "D" Units on the EDGE and 50 "C" units on the Vantage.
The shareholders *us* have 560 "B" Units on the EDGE and 210 "B" Units on the Vantage .
There is no Doubt that Boustead will as they are hired by DEVMAR put those out in an offering when the time is right for DEVM

d. Also as a reminder , Devmar has many identities in Florida which one can find on the Florida State Sun Biz just by searching . In this case Mark D and attorney Anthony P from PAA Law just updated some Articles of incorporation through the Florida processes.
