Combination of ihub boards, volume, Twitter hype. Those are usually more for the flippers. But at times the flippers turn into longer term plays depending on the fundamentals.

And once a stock gets a following they are worth keeping on watch as they have a tendency to breakout at some point.

Goes with the notion that momo and volume can mean the most on the OTC. But MVNT will be one that got a lot of attention that people are still watching and will run again like it did.
