My take is they lost potential buyers confidence. With the way they’ve treated existing shareholders, potential buyers (newbies) don’t know what to expect going forward. Same management, new ticker. My assumption is that current MSSV shareholders are skeptical, yet don’t want to take a loss, and don’t have much of a bid to sell into (at a fair price). Today, there has been mostly sells into the bid, 60k shares available at the ask of .0402, with no takers.
