So when LAHO negotiated and sign the LOI on behalf of the company/ Shareholders. The company owns the LOI hence the shareholder ALSO!
When LAHO transfer the LOI to MSSV it did so on behalf of the company.
The shares in exchange belong to the company and shareholders not personally to the officers of LAHO.
THIS WAS NOT A PERSONAL TRANSFER/EXCHANGE, BUT A CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS!
