It’s the SEC who’s actions completely denies shareholders access to their investment is really to blame here. They alleged that they are protecting the interests of the public but that obvious isn’t the case. Our funds should realistically be frozen and given discretion to cash out or remain at risk with the company. How many other companies are currently behind on their filings with no action taken against them? So inconsistent. that’s unfortunately how LAHN got trapped. You really can’t blame them for the current strategies to get out from under this mess! The other option is to go grey, that real promising! (sarcasm)
