IF the company R/S and that was my first question about the stock BEFORE I bought, and considered that possibility. BUT I have learned over the years that it is NOT NECESSARILY a bad thing. It depends on two things, one, if they are finished diluting for a while, that would be a good thing. Two, IF it is done at the start, or during a NEW UP TREND, that would also be a good thing !!!
