It just occurred to me that there's a piece to what was mentioned Nov 8th that wasn't addressed. As an offset, we were able to cancel another 130mm free trading $IGEX shares. The debate was a bit adversarial but in the end we got it. Preventing 130mm from ever seeing daylight.
