The real problem is they do not say they do... If they did, they would say it. They don't say it.

The real reason for the clarification letter was likely to try and ward of the SEC because of all the crap being said about how LAHO commons where going to get a piece of this deal, when in fact they do not. The PR was misleading in that way as to imply that LAHO shareholders would benefit. they do not.
