I believe this company has its hands in TBI - Traumatic Brain Injury/Trauma research already. They have built a network within PENN and neighboring major research facilities around.

There is a reason why Edward J. Mathias, senior advisor to the Carlyle Group (one of the worlds largest investment firms -- $212 billion), is all over this.

This will be a multi-billion dollar company or bought up by one.
