The December Form 10 is Pure Fantasy...

Amazing that anyone would take the failed CEO seriously after his decade plus of empty promises.

Not surprising that Parkinson would waste money on an empty press release nobody anywhere cared about - it's just his way of layering on more bullshit upon the steaming dumps he's been dropping the past 11 years.

Form 10 in December 2019? LMFAO. HHSE doesn't have an auditor.

S-1 in January 2020? LMFAO. HHSE needs a Form 10 to do that. And they can't file a Form 10 without an audit.

And yet again, they don't have an auditor.
